- Add 2 tablespoons (approx.20g) of MyPro Plus in 150ml of lukewarm milk or water and consume.
- Do not add boiling milk or water.
- Once the seal is opened, consume the total contents of the pack within three weeks.
- Consume twice daily for better results.
